Get Your Fighting Game Fix with EVO 2012 This Weekend

This weekend, thousands of fighting game fans and competitors are flocking to Las Vegas for the EVO 2012 Tournament. Contestants are competing for $100,000 cash, and a new scholarship program for game design has been introduced this year as well, funded by the pay-per-view live stream of the event.

The games played at this year’s EVO include Mortal Kombat, Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition, Street Fighter X Tekken, and Soul Calibur V.
