Halo 4 has been making the rounds with trailers and demos and recently at the Fan Expo in Canada last weekend, the scattershot weapon or shotgun was demoed. The scattershot gun works much like the Flak Cannon in the Unreal Tournament games. Designed to be used in close quarters, the Scattershot fires a load of shrapnel which can reflect off surfaces, including shields.
