Wii U Game and Pro Controller Prices Announced

Wii U Game and Pro Controller Prices Announced

Nintendo has announced that Wii U games will be marked at $59.99, a ten dollar increase from Wii games. This change is not surprising given the bump in hardware that these games can now take advantage of. This brings Wii U games in line with current gen games for the PS3, 360, and (unfortunately) the current trend of PC games.

Another announce was released showing off the price of the Wii U’s Pro Controller. The 360-esque traditional controller will retail for $49.99 and will be available at launch on November 18th. That will help out immensely with games like Tekken Tag Tournament 2 which was just announced for the Wii U.
