PlayStation Vita title Gravity Rush received top honors at this year’s Tokyo Game Show when it was awarded Game of the Year. The real news, however, is not the award the game itself got, but what fans got after the announcement was made.
After the title was made official, Director Keiichi Toyama let his excitement and gratitude be known In an epic Twitter slip-up, expressing that he’d “do his best on the sequel.”
He wouldn’t reveal anything more about the statement after that, leaving us in that awkward speculation limbo as we try to make sense of his accidental statement.
Either way, the prospect of a Gravity Rush 2 is exciting and one that seems fairly likely at this point. As always, keep it locked here for more developments or any awkward Twitter slips that might arise.
