PlayStation Mobile Is Now Open

Sony has opened the PlayStation Mobile store, which includes access for some android phones, and the PS Vita. Customers that own a Vita, Xperia Play, Xperia Arc, Xperia S, Xperia Ion, Xperia Acro, Xperia Acro HD, Sony Tablet S, Sony Tablet P and HTC One X (will also include the One X+ when it launches), One S and One V can download the PlayStation Store app and choose from a list of 20 paid gaming titles.

Sony also announced it has added HTC,  Fujitsu, and Sharp as certified vendors. Although at this time, HTC owners of the One S and V can not access the store, Sony has announced that “HTC mobile device owners cannot access PlayStation®Mobile for the moment. However, we are working with HTC to ensure PlayStation®Mobile launches as soon as possible. We will update you soon.”

Games available for download includes: Super Crate Box, Twist Pilot, Rebel, Fuel Tiracas, Aqua Kitty, Defender, Underline, Samurai Beatdown, Beats Slider, Hungary Giraffe, Tractor Trails, Word Blocked, Flick Hockey, Beats Trellis, Wipe!, Nyoqix, Magic Arrows, Everybody’s Arcade, Numblast, Loot the Land, Frederic – Resurrection of Music and Incurvio.

Not all of these games can still retain the same appeal they have when they're played on console. Some of them can be very boring when played on the mobile platform.
