Originally slated for an October 16th release, Gearbox’s Randy Pitchford announced via Twitter that the first round of DLC for Borderlands 2 is available a week early today.
The first round of DLC will include Gaige, the new Mechromancer character class that puts you in control of a robotic mech for use in combat.
The DLC is free to those who pre-ordered that game; for everyone else, it will cost around $10 (or 800 Microsoft points), and is available for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.
