Betaworks has just updated the Digg app for the new Digg site, which has some neat and handy built in tools to keep reading a breeze. The app features a “reading sync”, which lets you pick up from where you left off from one device to another, Say you started reading on the iPhone and wish to read on a larger screen, with reading sync, the iPad will leave where you left on the iPhone, scrolled page or not.
The look of the app resembles the new website design, simple boxed content on a white background. Ever since Betaworks has acquired Digg, they have rolled back the site from community driven to more community suggested, editor picked, and driven.
